An organization that wants to construct and operate a joint housing building shall attach the proposed map, structural design, land area and ownership details, housing unit sale and distribution process, details related to collective area and facilities and the joint housing building operation plan. For permission to construct and operate the building, an application must be submitted to the authorized authority in the prescribed format.
